Terms and Conditions:

• Goods once sold are not returnable
• Socks delivered in individual polystyrene packaging inclusive of hangtag

Terms and Conditions of delivery:

• Ex factory for local clients
• On site delivery in Mauritius subject minimum order quantity and payment of extra delivery charges

Conditions of payment and delivery for overseas orders:

• Through mutually agreed bank transfer or Letter of Credit as mutually agreed
• Delivery by air or sea as per request of purchaser
• For overseas delivery, extra charges packing, customs and brokerage fees, freight forwarder charges will apply.

Conditions of payment for local orders:
1. Cash on delivery or certified bank cheque
2. In case of mutually agreed credit sales, the following conditions will apply:

• A. Payment to be effected at the Company address within 30 days from the date of delivery
• B. Interest of 2% above commercial bank rate will be charged on all overdue payments from the due dates
• C. In case of recovery through attorney, a 10% commission (over and above) the sum recovered shall be payable by the client.
